EFL are pleased to announce that our senior engineer has recently passed his snom Advanced trainer certification and is now able to deliver the complete snom training package.
snom are one of the leading manufacturers in IP telephones and IP telephony devices. EFL have been supplying their products for over 10 years, for use with 3CX, Mitel, Skype for Business, Broadsoft and other supported IP-PBX systems. During this time we have built a strong relationship with them as a manufacturer and authority on the VoIP industry. Their products are both robust and reliable and a core part of our VoIP portfolio.
One of the services snom have been offering their partners is a structured learning program aimed to give resellers the knowledge to provide their customers with proficient support of snom products and smooth installation. The training takes place over 2 modules first a basic online course with a test followed by a 2 day Advanced certification course.
The certification covers advanced topics in networking, VoIP/SIP, provisioning and XML applications as well as a practical and theory based exams as part of the course. Once this certification has been passed it will display an engineer’s proficiency and ability to install, set up, configure and troubleshoot snom products to a high standard.
EFL are happy to announce that our trainer Eddie Vincent’s next goal is to add and provide this advanced certification course as part of EFL’s training portfolio to existing snom partners here in the UK and Ireland.
