Our service is a fully transparent service, eliminating the need for customers to handle products, yet being able to have a fully configured, customised product delivered directly to their customers.
Our product knowledge and technical expertise allow us to create fully bespoke solutions, a combination of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) devices, configuration and customisation. And with ordering enabled via an API, customers enjoy a seamless solution for all their CPE requirements, thus reducing operational complexities and allowing engineering resources to be focussed on service delivery and customer experience.

Our new Provisioning Centre will enable us to provide an enhanced range of services tailored to the unique requirements of ISPs, including:
- CPE Selection: Expert advice, product testing, and technical support.
- Provisioning: Bulk rework, parameter settings, default configurations, and SSID prefix changes.
- Customisation: Logo application, custom labels and keep-me cards, quick start guides, inserts, and branded packaging.
- Fulfilment: Bulk shipping, direct-to-customer fulfilment, and return processing.
- TR-069/TR-369 management: TR-069/TR-369 hosting or population of customers own ACS.
- Ongoing commercial support: Proactive firmware advisories, reporting, support for new models, stock and vendor management.
