Pricing
To assists our service provider clients better, we offer two pricing models so that our clients can choose the one best suited to their needs.
We offer a one time tickets for advanced support, or clients can purchase predetermined advanced support hours to use as they wish.
Please bear in mind that EFL endevours to offer as much support as possible through standard free of charge support, and advanced support is only required when client issue is complex or the require extraordinary support.
* Please be aware that even if you purchase hours, not all your support requests will be counted toward the hours. Similar to the ticket system, we only deduct hours where the support goes above and beyond our normal support range. We will of course confirm with you before doing anything.
