For SPs who will use our fulfilment services, we have designed a bespoke fulfilment platform called the “OrderBuilder”. You can find more information about our OrderBuilder plaftorm on the next page.
Stock
Service providers may pre-purchase CPE stock to guarantee availability. EFL will hold pre-purchased stock in designated areas in the warehouse.
Exchange warranty
Enhancing the manufacturer’s normal warranty (typically 2 years), OderBuilder offers the option of free exchange warranties. This reduces downtime for the user and administration for the service providers’ support team.

Orders are packed into either protective plastic bags for transportation to the customer via a courier, or postal service. A clearly printed address label is attached, where relevant, with courier tracking information, bar codes, etc. EFL provides standard next day courier delivery via APC, with optional pre-12 and pre-10 am delivery options, and Royal Mail First Class Mail as postal option.
